One of the best things we have ever found on the internet was each other. Both of us were struggling to find our person. I had been scrolling and swiping when I came across Nick's profile. He was very familiar to me, but I could not place him. When I tapped his profile, he had strategically put in his profile what Bible college he had attended. That's where I knew him from several years before. We never spoke a word on campus, but it was the ultimate thing that brought us together so many years later. I had to play detective, as he did not put his last name in his dating profile.
Nick tells about how he had been praying about finding his future wife. The day after his heartfelt prayer, he received the text that would change his life forever. ... a marriage that started on September 18, 2021. We fell madly in love after having laid a foundation of trust and honesty. We have learned to have fun together, to cry together, and be an unconditional support for each other.
Our fertility journey has been long, with a final diagnoses of Unexplained Infertility. We have made the decision to provide a loving home to a child. We love children and are excited to share daily life, family vacations, and holidays with any child that we are blessed to be entrusted with. That little life will be valued, as well as adding value to our lives as we become parents. We are excited to do all the things, the hard days and the fun times, together. We both have dreamed about the zoo, the next cruise with Papaw and Nann, the aquariums, evening dinners and holidays that we can share with a little person that has been trusted to us to love unconditionally.
